The Ten Commandments of the Wheel

  5. Thou shalt bring thy cheese to room temperature before consumption.
  6. Respect the rind, for it is the skin of the divine.
  7. Thou shalt not mix fine Gruyère with ketchup.
  8. A day without Roquefort is a day of darkness.
  9. Thou shalt share thy crackers with the needy.
